CIMG5986
Name of Session: Commissioning and Procurement (of local public services)
Who was there: Anna Tapsell, Nicola Kingston, Mamading Ceesay
* Community consultation to write specifications BEFORE anything is commissioned out
* Ensure SPEC includes needs for local specialisms eg different equality groups

* Train local people to sit on tender panels & contribute to ensuring QUALITY more important than COST if it meets local needs
* Try this out on Stockwell Park and Angell Town first??
